On Saturday morning, March 26th, 2014, thirty members of the Moo-lah’s Kids Club at The Cattle National Bank & Trust Company gathered on the Concordia University campus for a morning of fun, festivities, food and learning. This event was hosted in conjunction with students from the Concordia University Chapter of Phi Beta Lambda Business Club. During the morning activities Kids Club members enjoyed learning about topics such as types of money, counting money, saving money, making change, shopping and spending money, and writing checks. The Members played fun games that included money scavenger hunts, grocery store simulations, money twister, money puzzles, money jeopardy, design you own money, and were able to make their own piggy banks. At the end of the event each participant received gift bags for their attendance and were treated by Moo-lah himself to a good old fashioned pizza party. Special thanks to all of the students from the Phi Beta Lambda Chapter at Concordia University for volunteering their time for this event.
